This feature enables hotel managers to define specific time intervals, even down to the second, allowing them to control guests’ access, reservations, and stay duration based on their payment status.

Access Control with Multiple Levels for Housekeeping:

One of the unique features of the ALOCK S300C+ hotel lock is the ability to assign different levels of access to housekeeping staff. Hotel administrators can precisely configure the access permissions for cleaning personnel. Even when a guest is inside the room, and the door is unlocked from the inside, the housekeeper’s card will be completely restricted from unlocking that door. Additionally, managers can configure access by floor, ensuring, for instance, that a housekeeper assigned to the first floor cannot open rooms on other floors using their housekeeping card.

Time-Limited Access for Housekeepers:

Hotel managers can set specific access time ranges for housekeeping cards. For example, housekeepers may be allowed access only between 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM for their designated floor. Outside of these hours, their access will be denied.

Access Log Reporting:

One of the most valuable features of the S300C+ lock is its ability to provide detailed reports of access records, both offline and online within a local network. In the online system, access reports can be reviewed in real-time through the network. In offline mode, placing a single authorized card near the lock retrieves the latest 225 access entries, including exact date, time, and second. These logs can then be reviewed and printed from a computer. Even the identity of the receptionist who issued the cards can be tracked. For extended logs up to 1,000 entries, a device known as PDA can be used.

Night Latch Function:

When guests enter the room and engage the night latch by rotating the handle, the handle’s indicator begins to blink regularly. This blinking acts as a “Do Not Disturb” signal, notifying housekeepers that the guest has locked the door from the inside and that it cannot be unlocked from the outside using a housekeeping or any other card.

Battery Consumption Rate:

The ALOCK S300C+ smart locks are equipped with TDK-manufactured circuit boards from Japan. Despite their wide usability, they consume significantly less power compared to other brands worldwide. These locks meet A+++ energy efficiency standards. With just four standard non-alkaline AA batteries, they operate for over 20 months. Using AA alkaline or higher-grade batteries extends the lifespan to more than three years.

Low Battery Warning:

The handle features a built-in battery level warning system. After the first alert, users can still unlock the door 200 more times. If the warning is ignored, the system will eventually shut down. At this stage, users can rely on the mechanical key—designed for emergencies—to unlock the door and replace the batteries.

Mechanical Key:

The ALOCK S300C electronic handle is equipped with a concealed Super B mechanical key, which is anti-drill and anti-theft by design. It is intended for emergency situations. According to ANSI standards, hotel door locks without mechanical override keys are considered unfit for hospitality use.

Master Card Feature:

Hotel managers and housekeeping supervisors can be issued Master Cards, which unlike housekeeping cards, can unlock doors under all conditions. Some hoteliers mistakenly assign master cards to regular housekeeping staff. However, ALOCK’s advanced hotel software follows American standards by strictly separating master and floor cards.

Passage Mode:

This standout feature of the S300C model allows free entry and exit without requiring a card. It is especially useful during peak periods like room service or renovations. This mode can be toggled on or off using a dedicated card.

Invalid Card Alert:

The lock is equipped with an invalid card alert system. If a card is not associated with the current room or has expired, it will not unlock the door and a warning will be triggered.

Integration with Smart Hotel Systems:

One of the greatest software and hardware capabilities of ALOCK products is their ability to connect with hotel automation systems. The ALOCK hotel software can integrate with PMS, BMS, and other comprehensive hotel management platforms to define timed access cards for rooms. Managers and housekeeping staff can view reports and system statuses in real time via mobile phones, tablets, or computers.

Card Blocking Functionality:

The ALOCK system allows administrators to block the access of individual or multiple cards to specific hotel locks, offering enhanced security and flexibility.

Anti-Card Latch Mechanism:

The lock design complies with UA European standards. The latch system features a five-latch configuration specifically developed to prevent forced entry from outside using unauthorized cards.

Card Reading Distance:

The S300C+ can read card data from a distance of up to 6 centimeters, ensuring fast and contactless access.

Integration with Smart Power Systems:

The S300C handle is compatible with Mifare cardholders from other brands. ALOCK also offers specialized programmable hotel power switches, which activate power flow only when a valid, time-authorized card is inserted—ideal for energy conservation and room automation.

Integration with Smart Elevator Systems:

ALOCK hotel locks can connect to elevator control systems. ALOCK elevator controllers can detect programmed card data (card validity, room and floor assignment) and grant access only to permitted floors. Without a valid card, guests can access only public floors like parking, lobby, or restaurants.

Environmental Resistance:

This handle is highly resistant to humidity and heat, and it is also washable. It operates effectively in areas with up to 98% humidityand a temperature range of -30°C to +70°C. Upon request, models can be manufactured to function in conditions ranging from -50°C to +75°C.

Technical Testing:

The ALOCK S300C handle has successfully passed all modern international durability tests, including the Durability Machinery Test, where the handle, lock, circuit board, and other components undergo over 800,000 continuous mechanical operations. This test, based on ANSI Grade 1 standards, ensures flawless functionality, with the only exception being a low battery alert. The handle is also washable with all types of disinfectants.

Warranty and After-Sales Service:

Manufactured using Japanese components, this product comes with a 5-year unconditional warrantyfor the electronic board and 15 years of after-sales service. It has passed a 72-hour salt spray corrosion test. For international projects, the warranty extends to 10 years at no additional cost.
